Service Description

Additional support requests for cameras which we previously installed and tested to be working properly after 14 days will be billed in 15 minute increments, at the rate of $25.00 per 15 minutes, which comes to $100.00 for every hour. On average, it takes our technicians 15 minutes to solve issues on 1 computer. However, they will do their best to support as many computers as possible within the scheduled time allotted. For each additional 15 minute time interval that may be needed, please be sure to extend the appointment by choosing the appropriate number of $25.00 add-ons.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late-change fee.
