Denterprise International, an FDA-registered exclusive importer-distributor of dental imaging equipment serving independent dealers across North America since 1989, today announced the acquisition of Tuxedo Imaging, the Akron, Ohio-based maker of the Tuxedo A Series and TuxDeluxe B Series intraoral sensors.

The acquisition brings Tuxedo Imaging's sensor under the Denterprise umbrella, where it will continue on as part of Denterprise's QuickRay sensor lines — backed by Denterprise's 37+ years of distribution infrastructure, dealer network, and support operations.

Why This Matters

Tuxedo Imaging built a loyal following among single-provider practices, DSOs, and public health institutions on the strength of its image quality, deductible-free warranty, and unlimited U.S.-based technical support. Denterprise is continuing that commitment while extending Tuxedo customers access to a much larger dealer and support network built over three and a half decades.

What Changes — and What Doesn't

Existing Tuxedo Imaging customers keep the products and warranty coverage they already have. Tuxedo A Series and TuxDeluxe B Series sensors continue as Denterprise's QuickRay and QuickRay Pro sensors — same engineering, same performance, now with Denterprise's support infrastructure behind them.
