IT Assisted 1st Time Installation

Service Description

Each EYECAM purchase includes free, remote tech support for 30 minutes, per camera, which should be enough time to complete the configuration on 1 or 2 computers. Any extra computers will take about 15 minutes or so to complete, so more time beyond the first 30 minutes can be scheduled for $25.00 per additional 15 minutes. Our technicians will do their best to get as many computers configured as possible within the scheduled time allotted. All support appointments include thorough testing and training by our technicians. Any reasonable support requests for cameras that were installed within the last 14 days are still included at no charge. Additional support requests for cameras which we previously installed and tested to be working properly after 14 days will be billed at 15 minute increments, at the rate of $25.00 per 15 minutes, which comes to $100.00 for every hour.
